Robin is a top seed tennis player who isn t anywhere near the top of his game He s drinking far too much and abusing pain medication On top of it all he s in a love hate relationship with his biggest rival on the courts After he loses in the first round of the French Open to a relative newcomer his coaches feel he needs to go back to basics and they hire a chef life coach in former extreme athlete, Quinn Quinn lost both legs below the knees in a rock climbing accident and his life which was goin [...]

    2. A Joyfully Jay review 4.5 starswhat drew me to this book was the fact that one man was a double amputee, and the other was a tennis pro Instantly, the dichotomy of that had my interest It s rare that we see a MC with the kind of physical limitations that Quinn has, and I was anxious to see how the authors handled that And tennis is a favorite game of mine to watch, not to play and I was looking forward to that aspect of the book I can absolutely say that this book didn t disappoint.Robin is in t [...]

    3. I m reading this series completely out of order and it doesn t seem to matter at all So far there have been no characters that carry over Whew This is my favorite so far We have Quinn, a life coach chef who is hired to take on Robin, a tennis pro They didn t have the best first meeting and they skirted around each other for quite a while but when they did finally get togetherry nice Quinn lost the lower part of his legs in a climbing accident and Robin would change things around his house to mak [...]

    4. 3.5 stars I liked it ok, there just wasn t a lot of excitement or passion that made me really want to sink into the story But the characters were pleasant enough and I did enjoy the tennis.

    6. Okay I thought Burning up the Ice was my favorite of the series and even though I really enjoyed the others it still hung in there at 1 That is until I read this one This story has it all A sexy tennis player, a chef with obstacles he d overcome, a great cast of characters, and a great written plot There was just so many wonderful scenes that I have a new favorite Again, these characters need their own series
